With a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s in education, Mackenzie brings both strategy and heart to everything she does. Her passion for people and relationship-building led her to the salon and medical spa industry, where she found deep purpose in helping others feel confident and cared for. She believes in the power of transformation—inside and out—and loves watching clients become the best versions of themselves.

When she’s not at Sorella, Mackenzie is all about football life with her husband Brian and their two sons, Ben and Brock. Whether cheering on the Huskies or the Skyline Spartans, she’s always in the stands with full spirit and a proud smile.
