Return policy- Sorella Salon & Spa guarantees the satisfaction of all products. Should a product not meet your standards or expectations, we will exchange the product for another product of your choosing of equal value. No refunds will be given.
Cancellation Policy- We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours* notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for clients that “No-Show” their appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount**.
*Please Note: We requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments scheduled on Mondays since the salon is not open on Sundays.
**Appointments canceled within 24 hours with a senior-level Stylist may be charge 100% of the service amount.
Satisfaction Policy- Sorella Salon & Spa guarantees your satisfaction for 14 days after your date of service. If you were unsatisfied with our service, Sorella would like to take the opportunity to see you for a follow up correction appointment that is complimentary. There will be no refunds.
Consent Policy- Sorella requires a consent form for any guest under the age of 18 years old. If a parent/guardian is responsible for the service fee, a verbal consent is required. A credit card may be required to make the reservation.
Consultation Policy- We are happy to give an initial consultation complimentary. Any other consultation after the first is a $20 service fee.
